Your Intro Class
In your Intro to Krav Maga class, you will learn several basic stances, basic combatives, and defensive techniques that form the foundation of Krav Maga training. This is a great way to experience Krav Maga at a beginner’s level and begin learning one of the most effective self-defense programs available.

DRESS CODE:
Wear comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt, shorts, running pants, yoga attire, etc.) and clean tennis shoes or footwear. A mouthpiece, a cup, and MMA gloves or wraps for striking are recommended for students to utilize in class. Shoes worn in the facility should be free of stones, dirt, snow, and other debris.
Members who have purchased a package and are attending class are required to wear Krav Maga-branded clothing. You can buy these items at our online store.

Most people can complete the Level 1 curriculum and test into Level 2 in approximately 4 months if they take the recommended 2 to 3 classes per week.
Most of our membership options include UNLIMITED classes, so you can attend as often as you would like. We suggest 2 to 3 classes per week for optimum progression, but you are not limited to that. With many class options available, it is easy to work training into your schedule.
